Say Hello
This year, we introduced eight exciting resale programs across three countries and a variety of categories. Each brand worked closely with our team to create a program uniquely tailored to their business needs—ranging from peer-to-peer models to fully managed solutions. We’re excited to continue collaborating with these brands to bring their resale visions to life!
Our brands set a new standard for resale in 2024, driving innovation, expanding into new markets, and delivering seamless customer experiences. Through collaboration with our team and 3PL partners, they introduced cutting-edge features and enhancements to deliver seamless resale shopping experiences. We’re already diving into 2025 projects with several of these brands and couldn’t be more excited to keep the momentum going, helping each one unlock their full resale potential.
Faherty Second Wave: Drove $1M in sales in their first year, earned their B Corp certification, and expanded their supply to include owned inventory that is cleaned and repaired.
The North Face Renewed: Expanded their online and in-store trade-in programs and added a permanent secondhand shop-in-shop in a new retail location.
M.M.LaFleur Second Act: Launched a mail-in trade-in program and threw an in-store resale event at their NYC store for Earth Month!
DVF ReWrap: Launched a preloved display in-store for Earth Day that is now a permanent staple in their Meatpacking flagship.
Toad&Co Toad Again: Hosted 2 auctions and launched a wide-reaching influencer campaign.
This year, we introduced new product features designed to elevate resale experiences for both brands and their customers. From enhanced shopping functionality to streamlined operations, these innovations empower our partners to drive engagement, boost efficiency, and scale their programs with ease.
Advanced Merchandising: Brands can easily create new collections or edit existing ones using advanced sorting and search functionality. By merchandising based on color, sell thru, styles, age of inventory, and other features, brands are increasing buyer conversion.
AI Search & Personalization: We are now leveraging best-in-class, third party AI search and personalization tools to provide the high shopping experiences that also drive conversion.
In-store Selling: We enabled more than 10 brands to sell secondhand merchandise in store, with brands including DVF and The North Face opting to maintain permanent spaces in their retail stores for preloved items.
Buyer-seller Communications: Buyers and sellers can now engage in a peer-to-peer resale ecosystem local to their neighborhood. They can ask questions, coordinate meet ups, and filter their online browsing session based on item location.
Paid Marketing: Our team of experts now powers paid marketing for more than 10 resale programs, utilizing search and shopping ads to drive 4x higher ROAS than campaigns for their full-price business.
